Steps to Beach | Maui Banyan King Studio

I wasn’t impressed by the staff in charge of that apartment Positive: Bed was comfortable Negative: The cleaning detergent got into my throat and eyes and the room had to be ventilated for 3 hours

It was a very good stay Positive: Really a nice place to stay in Maui, well located, and with plenty of equipment and convenience available, parking is available, you have really everything, pool, bbq, tennis … and in the room too, beach chair, glass, microwave, coffee maker, beach towel, blankets! It’s a great place. I recommend this accommodation. Negative: Check in is a little complicated, we are sent a link by email but the link does not work, and even at the reception she made us do the procedures on our phone as if she could do nothing, it is not very practical as Check in

Positive: The studio is located in a beautiful resort in south Kihei, with a garden full of flowers, very well kept, with 2 pools that look good but we didn’t used, because the ocean is literally across the street. There are 2 beaches near the resort, with fine golden sand, good for snorkeling and swimming, with lifeguards. The studio provided all necessary for the beach (umbrella, towels, chairs). It is very well situated, on the ground floor, in the shadow of tropical plants, so that we didn’t need to turn on AC. The bed is big and comfortable, the shower is very good (good water pressure and mobile head), the bathroom and the kitchen have everything we needed. All is sparkling clean. The communication with the host is very smooth and the access is with code, so it wasn’t a problem that we arrived late. It was an amazing place and we would definitely stay here again!

The location of our stay was incredible. We were minutes from a beach and were able to enjoy incredible sunsets every ni Positive: The proximity of this condo to the beach and other locations such as food and shopping is amazing. This location is close to everything, but still far away enough from the street to be tranquil and quiet. Negative: There were small mosquitos in the bathroom and room even though the windows and sliding door remained closed. It is a tropical area so we understand that might be the norm. Aside from that this property is perfect!

Great stay in a good location, helpful hosts, a great portal for all info and contactless check ins. Would definitely re Positive: Location, Cleanliness Updated Negative: Towel / laundry (lack of) for long stays
